BREAKING: Travel To And From Las Vegas To Be Suspended For Two Weeks
I can confirm that travel to, and from Las Vegas will be suspended for two weeks beginning early next week. The move comes as Las Vegas has seen a spike in new Coronavirus cases and closures of properties on the Las Vegas strip.
MGM, Caesars, Wynn and other properties have announced partial closures of their properties. Salons, spas, restaurants, stores will all be closed beginning Monday. MGM has several employees that have tested positive for the virus. MGM Resorts has announced layoffs and rolling closures of restaurants at its properties in Las Vegas.
Wynn has also announced all salons and spas to close, restaurants will seat no more than 100 people at a time and slot machines will be turned off to keep people at a distance from each other.
The Government will make the announcement as soon as Monday, limiting domestic travel to Las Vegas, Seattle, California, New York and other cities and states that have been greatly affected.
